Two private bedrooms, plus two sets of bunk beds in open living room area (total four twin beds), plus brand-new queen sofa bed in one of the two bedrooms - can sleep 8-10 guests comfortably with total of 8 beds. This private room with bath and kitchen is attached to my house by a front wall, roof, and back deck, although there is no common wall. The deck looks over peaceful Barons Creek where deer and turkeys are often seen. It is 1 mile from the heart of downtown. This has never been an actual barn but is constructed like one.
