Open plan kitchen, dinning and living room, 100 inch tv in the cinema room, air hockey and board games. Great whatever the weather. Close to m4, beaches (gower and swansea), tonnes of activities for adults and kids including a trampoline park 5 min walk away. Dogs welcome and plenty of walks to chose from. supermarkets and takeaways in walking distance.

We are situated 3 miles from J45 of the M4 with easy access to Swansea, Gower and the Brecon Beacons. The Swansea Cycle path is on the doorstep. The town is a mile away.
