It is also 18.9 km from the beach of Sa Ràpita, 28.4 km from Es Trenc, 18.9 km from the airport, and 27.7 km from the center of Palma. Esta casa es un proyecto que se inició en el 2005 y se a finalizado en el 2018. Se realizó en varios períodos pero ahora es un proyecto hecho realidad. Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.

El Niu (¨the little nest¨ in Mallorquin) is embedded in the greenery between ALGAIDA and RANDA, like a small nest. BOOKING POSSIBLE FOR AUTUMN AND WINTER as there is a nice new PELLET OVEN. You can relax, enjoy togetherness, sun yourself and read in peace, or fan out in all directions to explore the island. Palma and the nearest sea access are approx. 30 minutes away by car. But you will actually not want to leave NIU at all, because it is so cozy.

Zentral gelegen mit kurzen Wegen zu den schönsten Stränden von Mallorca, zu Palma und anderen Ausflugszielen. Die Busstation Llucmajor/Son Noguera ist 7 Gehminuten von uns entfernt. Von Mai bis Oktober fährt auch ein Flughafenbus. Die hier erhobene Touristensteuer ist im Preis inbegriffen.
