Only 10 minutes from Bregenz and Lake, we offer a spacious apartment, with terrace for relaxation and views of the Bregenzerwald. You can also enjoy the location without a car. The bus runs every half hour directly in front of the house to the centre. The apartment offers two bedrooms, a side bed for infants, a full kitchen with high-quality appliances including dishwasher and fully automatic coffee machine. Hiking and biking trails are in the immediate vicinity of the house.

The apartment is located on a hillside with beautiful views of the Rhine Valley and the Swiss mountains. It is 60 m², has a covered terrace and a small garden. Bregenz is in the immediate vicinity (2 km) and is easily accessible by bus, car, bicycle or on foot. Since the highway is nearby and we are located on a slope, you can hear the traffic when you sit in the garden. Otherwise hardly any cars drive directly past the house as we are the second-to-last house in a cul-de-sac.

The approximately 110 m² large apartment with three bedrooms for max. 6 persons located on the first floor of a small residential complex (built in 2018) with only a total of 5 units. It has a spacious terrace and a lift. To Lake Constance and Lochau train station is about 500 meters. A supermarket can be reached on foot in one minute. Lochau is centrally located between the cultural city of Bregenz, the island city of Lindau and the Pfänder (local mountain).

We offer the whole apartment, 50sqm. From the hall you enter the living room with dining area. There is a comfortable sofa bed, which can be used to sleep up to 4 people here in our accommodation. In our former, newly converted barn, we offer simple but fully equipped 44 square meter accommodation for uncomplicated guests. Our farm is located in a quiet and beautiful environment. We run an organic farm with cows, chickens, horses and cats. Our garden invites you to linger and in case of rain there is a covered seating area. A sofa bed is available for a child, and a travel crib can also be accommodated. Welcome!

Comfortable, recently renovated apartment in the centre of Bregenz. Within a 5-minute walk you can reach the Lake of Constance or the Pfänder-ropeway. The apartment is located on the ground floor, offers 50m2 living space with a room height of 2.75m. It’s perfectly fitting for a couple and two children. The apartment offers one queen size bed as well as a sofa bed in the living room and a fully-featured kitchen.
