'The Birdhouse' is hidden amongst the trees in a quiet spot on park Bosrijk Ruighenrode. In the garden you can spot many birds and squirrels. It is a great place for people who like walking and cycling! Three of the four bedrooms, one bathroom (with a shower in the bathtub) and a separate toilet are situated downstairs. The luxery bathroom upstairs has a sauna and steamcabine. It is a great place to stay with kids and there is ample space. Come and visit the house to enjoy the peace and quiet!

What a magical place! On the Lochemseberg in the middle of nature On the site you will find, among other things, a food forest, herb garden (free use), cuddly sheep, mini cows and poultry. From your garden you can walk straight into the forest and behind the meadow runs the most beautiful MTB track in the Netherlands. After all the outdoor activities, you can end your day at the cozy large dining table or on the lovely lounge sofa while you gently doze off in front of the crackling wood fire.

't Ganzennest: This fully furnished detached cottage is located in the outskirts of the 8-castle village of Vorden. Due to its location, it is ideal for hikers, cyclists and nature lovers. A bicycle shed is provided. The cottage is heated or cooled downstairs by an air conditioner. The sleeping loft is unheated and really cold in winter. There is an electric radiator. In short, enjoy this beautiful area. Not suitable for those with disabilities. Without breakfast.

Our guesthouse with a classic, yet modern interior offers you a relaxing stay in nature, near the Hanseatic city of Zutphen and the tourist village of Gorssel. Inside there is a living room with fireplace, kitchen, bathroom and separate bedroom. It has a private terrace with an outdoor fireplace and a view over the meadows. The Mediterranean-style guesthouse belongs to a castle-farm from 1750, full of historical details and surrounded by a beautiful garden.

Energy-neutral holiday home 't Brummelhuus

The house, built in 2022, is completely solar powered. It is located in a cozy recreation (safe for children, not on the water). The house is full of comforts and is an excellent base for a holiday in nature for both the sporty guest and the peace seeker. The private garden is large enough for both sun and shade spots; you can completely relax among the trees and the birds. Maybe a squirrel will pass by during breakfast!

The 4-person guesthouse with heated swimming pool is comfortably and luxuriously furnished and very quietly located in the yard of our old farmhouse (1890). It is directly adjacent to the beautiful wooded estate Verwolde. In the middle of the scenic landscape of the green Achterhoek, this is the perfect base for beautiful hiking and cycling trips, a visit to the beautiful old Hanseatic cities of Deventer and Zutphen.

It is a very comfortable holiday home and suitable for up to 6 people, ideal for hikers, cyclists, nature lovers, families and anyone who wants to relax completely.

Vacation home Knabbel + Babbel

NO PARTIES AND LOUD MUSIC Due to the area and the park, it is not allowed to make any noise after 10 pm. Bungalows Nibble and Babbel are 2 semi-detached houses on the same lot. This gives it the unique opportunity to have up to 12 people together, but still partly your own place. Both homes have been almost identical to each other and recently completely renovated.
