You will have this entire stacaravan for your stay, just sit in the terrace, or take a walk in the forest nearby you will hear many birds!! We thought it is good idea to offer this facility when we don’t use for people who are interested.

Waan je in een oase van rust in dit huisje gelegen aan de rand van Gorssel in een ommuurde groene tuin vol bamboe en rododendron, omgeven door prachtige hoge bomen en een landgoed, aan een rustig weggetje. Binnen is de cabin een loft met een hoger gelegen zithoek met een hangende houtkachel, een keuken met bar en een 2-persoons slaapkamer met badkamer en boven in de nok/vide zijn er nog 3 slaapplaatsen. Parallel aan het huis ligt een onverwarmd natuurzwembad met een zwembaan van 13 meter.

There are very good possibilities for walking and biking in the area (old farms and mansions in the neighbourhood). From the summer house it is 5 km to Bathmen a lovely village with plenty of restaurants. Also there is an outdoor pool at 3 km distance. Former Hanze cities as Zutphen (22 km) and Deventer (15 km) are easy to reach. A bit further Apeldoorn with the former Summer Palace of our royal family, national park Veluwe and Kroller Moller (Art) museum. Amsterdam is an hours drive.

NEW 🌟Guesthouse "Het Koetshuis" with swimming pond

Since August 2021, our coach house has been converted into a Guesthouse! Hosting the first Guesthouse was so good that we decided to add a second one. The house is free-standing on our 4.5-hectare property. The view is stunning and overlooks the meadow. The plot has a large swimming pond with beach, an orchard with flower garden, a field with playground equipment and a meadow. All this is accessible to our guests. * Our garden can also be booked as a shooting location

Pipowagen de Rooie

In a quiet, green valley, our charming gypsy caravan is located. The car is cozy and warm inside. The kitchen is the beating heart of the car. With fridge, coffee machine, kettle and hob. A few steps further, you will find the cosy bedstee. You can see the fields where deer occasionally walk in the morning. The veranda is the icing on the cake. With a beautiful view, you can enjoy a nice drink here. Toilet and warm shower are nearby in the sanitary building.

Since July 2020, our guest house has been open for bookings: A renovated old stable, located in the grounds of our 1804 farm, located on 4.5 acres of grassland. Ideal for 1-4 people, a 5th guest is welcome. 2 Double Beds + 1 stretcher. On request: 1 cot and 1 travel bed. It is fully independent. The stable has been renovated keeping original materials, trendy interior and amazing views over our garden. * Our garden can also be booked as a shoot location

Charming paradise on the IJssel

We have expanded this former farmhouse into a nice house. We have a large garden of 5000 m2 with a lovely covered niche to sit outside in the dry and at the back a high terrace overlooking the vast garden and large swimming pond. Behind the hedge there is a wood-fired 'barrel' sauna. There is also an orchard with pears, plums, apples, and walnuts... a secret path to a chalet at the back of the garden and beautiful views of the IJssel River everywhere.
