Ideally located 150 m from the beach, this "penty" is very close to shops. This renovated fisherman's house is located very close to the quiet harbor of Loctudy. In front of the Penty we have a fenced terrace with garden furniture. Inside, on the ground floor, a main room, sofa bed, kitchen, living room. The floor is furnished with a 160 bed and a 90 bed. The bathroom is also upstairs (sink, shower and toilet). Immediate access to all shops on foot.

Comfortable wooden house, 300 m from the beach

If you want to recharge your batteries and breathe in the sea air of Brittany, you will enjoy our 120 m² house that we have just finished. You will find all the comforts in summer and winter (pellet stove), a lot of calm and you can hear the sea which is very close: 300 m. With family or friends, you will find a day area well isolated from the night area. The garden is enclosed. It's a great spot for cycling or walking between Loctudy and Lesconil.

This house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a very quiet area 500 m from the nearest beach. The 500 m2 garden is surrounded by a hedge. The house (50 m2) consists of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom + toilet and a kitchen-living room. A large terrace overlooks the garden. The village center is a 5-minute drive away. In addition, in winter, a Scandinavian stove will warm you up after your long walks on the beach of Lesconil Sables Blancs, a 3-minute walk from the house! The GR 34 is 2 minutes from the house. My place is close to the bakery (200 m), supermarket (200 m) and beaches (3 km). In the village, located in a cul-de-sac, you will appreciate the house for its comfort and tranquility. Guests can enjoy a 700 m2 enclosed garden that is not overlooked. My place is good for families. Children will have toys, books, a swing and a cabin.
