Ideally located 1.8 km from the charming port of Lesconil and the large white sandy beach. Living room, open kitchen, living room/wood-burning stove, sofa bed, bathroom: shower and toilet. Upstairs on mezzanine, the staircase to access it is steep, with 2 beds (90 x 200). Beds are made on arrival for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. Possibility of lunch/dinner outside in the shared courtyard of this Breton farmhouse (south facing). Baby kit available on request.

You will find all the comforts in summer and winter (pellet stove), a lot of calm and you can hear the sea which is very close: 300 m. Vacation home completely renovated in 2022, not attached, 300 meters from the sea in Loctudy in the Bigouden region. The house is ideal for having a good time with friends and family. In addition, in winter, a Scandinavian stove will warm you up after your long walks on the beach of Lesconil Sables Blancs, a 3-minute walk from the house! The GR 34 is 2 minutes from the house. My place is close to the bakery (200 m), supermarket (200 m) and beaches (3 km). In the village, located in a cul-de-sac, you will appreciate the house for its comfort and tranquility.
