Ideally located 1.8 km from the charming port of Lesconil and the large white sandy beach. Living room, open kitchen, living room/wood-burning stove, sofa bed, bathroom: shower and toilet. Upstairs on mezzanine, the staircase to access it is steep, with 2 beds (90 x 200). Beds are made on arrival for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. Possibility of lunch/dinner outside in the shared courtyard of this Breton farmhouse (south facing). Baby kit available on request.

Comfortable wooden house, 300 m from the beach

If you want to recharge your batteries and breathe in the sea air of Brittany, you will enjoy our 120 m² house that we have just finished. You will find all the comforts in summer and winter (pellet stove), a lot of calm and you can hear the sea which is very close: 300 m. With family or friends, you will find a day area well isolated from the night area. The garden is enclosed. It's a great spot for cycling or walking between Loctudy and Lesconil.

I am happy to welcome you to my little cocoon a short walk from Langoz beach and the nautical center. 800m from shops, and the center of Loctudy, fishing and pleasure port. Hot plates, mini oven, microwave, kettle, fridge, Italian coffee maker + filter coffee maker, bathroom with toilet, shower, washbasin. 160x200 bed, dressing area, dining area. Sea view window. Towels, tea towels, sheets provided, duvet and extra pillows.

My place is close to the bakery (200 m), supermarket (200 m) and beaches (3 km). In the village, located in a cul-de-sac, you will appreciate the house for its comfort and tranquility. Guests can enjoy a 700 m2 enclosed garden that is not overlooked. My place is good for families. Children will have toys, books, a swing and a cabin. In the garage, you will find bicycles for the whole family at your disposal.
