Beautiful lake house overlooking Tjeldsundet. Quiet surroundings with both hiking terrain and fishing opportunities just outside the house. Midnight sun in the summer, and a great chance to see the Northern Lights in the winter. Great location between Lofoten/Vesterålen, Harstad and Harstad/Narvik/Evenes airport. The lake house has 2 floors, with kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, hallway and entrance. Private laundry room with access to washing machine. Great terrace right over the water's edge, and from the living room on the 2nd floor there is a separate balcony.

The house is completely renovated, with a new large kitchen, very good internet, new large beds, large new sofa and dining table, wood stove, as well as a new washing machine/dryer. Everything luxurious. You will have access to a large barn with billiards and football table games. The house is located 50 meters from the sea. You will also have access to a jetty by the sea for sunbathing and swimming (50 m from the house). The place is very northern lights friendly. 15 minutes walk brings you to a great shopping center.

Fantastiske turmuligheter rett utenfor døren, en tur i marken til fots eller kjøre ski i våre mektige fjell eller bare nyte utsikten utover havet, mulighetene er der. Ha base her hvis dere skal kjøre på ski, butikker å restauranter er 5 min unna i bil. Museum og akvariet ligger 2 km unna.
