Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Loir

The house is quietly located near the Canal d 'Orléans (within walking distance for bucolic walks), it is full of vintage charm and decorated with care and taste, and super well equipped, including the kitchen. The two outdoor spaces are ideal for moments with family or friends: a garden furniture sheltered by a century-old lime tree (or even millennium) on the street side, a terrace with pool and garden on the courtyard side to remake the world around a barbecue. In short, we would definitely recommend this beautiful house, which makes you want to come back!

We were looking for a place to gather as a family, we found a little piece of heaven in Le Perche. Large house full of character and charm, “chic flea market” atmosphere with its antique furniture, which does not take away from its comfort and its many facilitating amenities. Not to mention the vast “carpet” of greenery in front of the house, where venerable cherry and apple trees race for the most beautiful flowering. The place is so harmonious and quiet that we wonder if the only occupants around are not the birds. In the end, you don't know where you can feel better: inside or outside. To conclude, special mention to Thierry, the owner of the place: ultra responsive, accommodating and surely tour guide in another life. Thanks to his advice, we discovered local gems that we would never have found alone. In short, 4 perfect days. We highly recommend (unless you make noise – there, the birds may give you a spell😄).

We only stayed for a quick overnight stop but the accommodation was everything we needed to rest and freshen up. I would happily spend longer here if I was to holiday in the region.

We had a great time as were there for the Paris Olympics . The location of the apartment was ideal for transport links to the Olympic venues and there lots of local restaurants and bars for food when we returned home ! Nicolas provided lots of helpful tips for both travel connections and shops/restaurants both nearby and in other areas of Paris . We , all five of us , had a wonderful week!

Daniele's listing is everything as described and more. He is extremely helpful, great communication and personally involved. Not your typical Parisian AirBnB owner. The neighbourhood is perfect: central, close to public transport and lovely restaurants within 100 meters of the apartment. I will definitaly come back here!

Our family of three had a truly lovely stay in this charming Parisian apartment. The space is full of character, cozy, and beautifully kept—everything we hoped for. We are super grateful to our hosts Pierre-Antoine and Katia for the generous walking tour they gave us through the neighborhood, highlighting favorite local restaurants and shops we ended up loving. The apartment is perfectly located—just a short walk to the metro for easy access to major sights, yet nestled in a peaceful, authentic area where we enjoyed exploring daily life in Paris. It was the ideal mix of convenience and charm. We’d absolutely stay here again!

A very beautiful accommodation, extremely well located in the center of Orléans! We had a pleasant stay there in the days before our wedding. The bathtub is perfect, the kitchen is beautiful and stands out from what we are used to, the moldings and high windows overlooking the Hotel Groslot park… so many details that have brought an almost luxurious touch to our experience. Searching for and bringing the keys back to a location other than the listing was not the simplest, but the instructions were clear, and we really enjoyed having a parking space nearby. We are delighted with our stay and would definitely recommend it!

We had a lovely stay. Very good accommodation, the hot tub is a real plus! Small shops easily accessible on foot and full of activities to do around! We'll be happy to go back!

Great weekend spent with the family. The house is a real haven of peace in the heart of the wooded property. Wherever you are in the house, the view of nature is honored.
