Very good stay in this charming accommodation, by its decoration, its calm, its environment and finally Aline's welcome. I was arriving by train and the accommodation is easily accessible by public transport. Shops also accessible on foot. Finally, I was coming for an event at Beaujoire stadium, there too it is about a 20-minute walk in an environment that seemed to me to be secure even at night. I would recommend this pied-à-terre for a Nantais stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Paul and Françoise's, because of their welcome and availability. Communication was very easy. Everything is done to make you feel at home. The apartment is very clean, well-equipped, spacious, quiet and bright. I would definitely recommend this place near the beach. We plan to return as soon as possible with our little dog who was welcomed too.

Very nice service, this house is ideally located and fenced with our dog. The amenities are as described. The supply of linens is a real plus. The hosts are welcoming and very nice. We had a wonderful, quiet stay. A big thank you to you for accepting pets.

Great stay in this renovated old building. In fact, the listing does not sufficiently showcase the large wooded grounds around the house, the children feasted on it. Special mention for Guest Adom for their availability, responsiveness & kindness before, during and after the stay. Only downside, the downstairs room has traffic problems and it smelled cramped when you arrived. I also do not recommend sleeping to adults in the room "dorms".
