The house is converted into a cozy little nest with modern comforts + private parking. It's great for a couple or family of 4. German and English spoken.

Welcome to the banks of the Loire! We welcome you to a renovated 65 m2 cottage (4/6 people) located in the center of the village of Champtoceaux – Orée d'Anjou, close to all amenities, and 30 km east of Nantes. You will stay in one of the oldest buildings in the village, in a completely renovated place that has retained its character. Pass by the viewpoint on the Loire and in the park opposite the cottage, before setting off to discover this multifaceted region! See you soon.

Ideally located between Nantes and the sea, this bright studio can accommodate up to 4 people + one child under 4 years old free of charge. Enjoy a pleasant view of a lush garden, surrounded by palm trees, a banana tree and vines. This place is great for a memorable vacation or to recharge after a day of work.

Located in a luxury residence on the 5th floor with elevator in the district of Grands Hôtels and Casino, it is ideal for a family stay or a stopover bauloise. The decoration is modern and neat. The apartment is fully equipped, has air conditioning and a balcony with partial sea view. Parking is free in the parking lot of the residence. The beach is at the end of the residence.
