Between the Jardin des Plantes and the Cathedral, in a detached house, on a garden, facing west, independent loft of 49 square meters, with day and night space, open-plan kitchen and large bathroom. Small terrace overlooking the accessible garden. If necessary, extra bedding possible for a third person. You will find a quiet place, where you can recharge your batteries, in the city center. The price is given for one person, for two people, add €15, third person, €10.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located near the new Rennes-Angers axis, as a couple or for work, you will spend pleasant nights in an atypical setting. Day use possible subject to availability upon request. The accommodation is of course entirely non-smoking. The price indicated for 2 people is for a single bed (for the sofa bed with sheets, a supplement will be requested). The accommodation is a fully open space, it is not suitable for colleagues.
