La Cana Casa – A wild setting with sea views

The pretty "Canadienne", very comfortable, is on the front line facing south towards the ocean. It is a wild and quiet place by the sea, on a plot of 2200 m2 planted with hundred-year-old pines overlooking the sea between Sainte-Marguerite-de-Pornichet and the village of Saint-Marc-sur-Mer (La Baule and Saint-Nazaire 10 minutes away). Whether in the living room, kitchen, shower or at the bottom of your bed, you will see the sea! A private staircase will take you to a pretty cove with very few people.

A true haven of peace. Disconnection guaranteed! Enjoy a splendid view facing the sea. Luxury apartment for 2 people. The beach is at the foot of the building, on the top floor, with a beautiful terrace. Enjoy the view from your bed and fall asleep to the sound of the waves… Close to shops. We do everything on foot! Market, nautical club, velocean to enjoy the coast etc… Wi-Fi, washing machine, raclette machine, Nespresso coffee machine. Elevator. English spoken, you're welcome!

The 38 m² 2-room apartment is located on the 1st floor, quiet on the garden. It is very bright and has a large balcony. It is completely renovated with bedroom (160 bed), living room (140 sofa bed), separate toilet, bathroom, kitchen.

Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator , in a renovated building that directly overlooks the waterfront, with a magnificent view from the living room and balcony. In front of the building: no car, a coastal path for beautiful walks , or bikes. Shops are on foot. A closed garage is available. The amenities are of quality and plenty. The toilet is separate. An atypical side: The shower and vanity are in the bedroom.
