BEAUTIFUL 1 BEDROOM FLAT HEART OF THE OLD TOWN

You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

A sunlit living area features a wooden dining table surrounded by four chairs. The kitchen, equipped with modern appliances, is visually connected to the space. Natural light floods through large skylights and windows, highlighting the warm wooden flooring and calming color palette.
