Great apartment, very nice and modernly furnished and well equipped! Very good communication with Stephane. Friendly welcome and there was even a small welcome package of water, juice and wine in the fridge. Perfect location to the beach and place yet quiet with private large terrace. Ideal for two persons and dog for beach holidays.

Very well hosted , house as expected , quiet and pleasant location. Jean Paul is very nice , the house is very well equipped , nickel bedding and a small garden to enjoy the sun and safe for a dog . A lot of walks to do and a little extra Hyper U a few minutes walk away is super well-stocked especially a great fishmonger's radius.

The place is simple but enough for a few days. Very quiet location and covered pool in case of bad weather. Excellent communication with host Isabelle

A nice little house tastefully decorated, perfectly clean and well equipped. The bedding is comfortable and the outside garden is nice. The house is in a great location, we were able to walk mostly. The neighborhood is quiet and very flowery. We enjoyed being able to bring our dog without fear for her safety in the garden. The owners are very responsive before and during the stay. Everything is done to make you feel at home. We enjoyed our stay, thank you Guillaume and Isabelle! We'll be back!

We had a very nice week despite the weather a little changing, the area is very attractive, we were able to do visits and outings every day. The welcome with Didier went very well, we were able to exchange a few words at check-in and check-out. The place is clean, the photos and the description are consistent with what we saw. The accommodation is a little small when you are blocked by the rain ☺️ but very well arranged! We appreciated the silent oven and dishwasher! Our dog was also very well received, it was no problem despite his large size. We recommend Didier's home to future guests without so much as a second thought! Why not come back with milder weather 😃

Need we say more about the villa that Marie offers? You can come without a second thought. Everything is spotless. I'm looking for a flaw to reproach him but I couldn't find anything:-) We will return to the island of Oléron, and it will be at Marie's. Thank you Marie for everything

Thank you for letting us spend our holidays in your vacation paradise. We enjoyed your beautiful cottage and the pool was a real winner for our kids. The village of Jard-sur-mer and the beautiful surroundings have also charmed us very much. It was then a plus that we were able to explore all this by bike. In addition, it was nice that there was a folder with all the necessary information about the area and also the extra attention of Mathilde was a nice surprise upon arrival.

We spent 2 weeks at Josette's house this summer. Pool at 31, very quiet area. It feels good in Josette's house! We could come back without any hassle! Thanks for the stay!!

We loved this quiet and very private property. It was the perfect location - 5 minute walk to Horizon beach, 10 minutes to a well-stocked Auchon grocery store, 10-15 minutes to the daily marché and loads of restaurants and shops. Marie was a responsive, friendly and responsible host. Several light bulbs died while we were there- in a bathroom and two bedrooms- which was a bit odd but not overly problematic, and they were out to replace them within minutes. One thing that didn’t quite fit the description was that it’s not what I consider central air conditioning. There are two large wall units in the living and kitchen area, and 1 in the upstairs bedroom that cool down those spaces incredibly well. The 4 downstairs bedrooms do not have units and it got warm back there on the hottest nights. We slept with doors open to get what we could out of the AC which wasn’t ideal. It’s not a deal breaker for us, but could be improved with fans. Still, overall, an excellent stay!

Very well located, clean accommodation with lots of outdoor activities. Sarah has made plenty of amenities available whether it's kitchen level, indoor outdoor games... Will be back without hesitation

Great, really without hesitation I would recommend. Functional, clean,well-equipped, nothing is missing. Ocean view a real plus of this place with a reserved parking space. Great location for dune walks.

We had a lovely weekend at Yann's family home. The house is located in a quiet and tranquil environment, and close to the beach (not accessible to PRMs) which is relatively wild and uncrowded (at least during our stay at the end of April). The house is in a great location and makes it easy to radiate on the island. We were 8 people (4 generations) but everyone was easily able to have their own space sincethere are 2 separate sleeping areas and 4 bedrooms in total, the dining room table is well suited for the number of people, the whole house is level which was appreciated for the older ones. We came with our dog, the garden is perfectly fenced and secured. Finally, in advance, Yann was very responsive when booking and provided us with a detailed guide for self access to the house as well as a guide to shops and sites to visit.

We did a 2-day stop at Liudmillia's place on the banks of the Allier. Very pleasant, clean and quiet cottage. There is all the minimum necessary for the stay, coffee, tea were waiting for us upon arrival. Plenty of opportunities for walks nearby in an unspoiled environment. We really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend Liudmilla's place for a multi-day visit or for a stopover.

We had a great week at Valerie's house. Her place is well equipped 100m from the beach and away from places that are too touristy . Jacuzzi is really a plus to relax after the hikes. Valerie has always been available to answer our questions and advise us. A big thank you for this break on this beautiful island!
