Perfect private stay for 1-2 people. Enjoy the beautiful blue container surround by fruit trees on a private lot of land. You will have all the amenities you would need. About 500ft away is a gorgeous resort-maintained beach. The enclosed lot can be secured and there is always plenty of street parking. You will find mango, mini-banana, breadfruit, lemon, acerola, passion fruit and papaya plants. If you come during the right season, you are more than welcome to pick from them.

Only 7 minutes from the airport and 8 minutes from the beach. 1 minute from the apt has fast foods, supermarket and pharmacies. Only 20 minutes from San Juan and 25 from El Yunque. A lot of beach option very near. Which is perfect for lunch/dinner (pernil, ribs, chicken, batata and more).
