Smailyn’s place was the most relaxed Airbnb experience I’ve had. Very simple and easy to follow instructions on checking in and out. The location is in a safe and quiet neighborhood not too far from all the spots we wanted to go. It was more spacious than we were anticipating as well. Thank you!

Habacuc was very responsive about the whole process, even when we were there. We had a couple of questions and he answered them in a very timely manner and filled the air in the balls as requested. We felt the description and pictures of the place and the resort were very accurate. I even thought the space was nicer than depicted in pictures. The kitchen was well stocked and we never needed anything major for general cooking and cleaning.

We had an amazing time during our stay! The house was beautiful, extremely clean and had everything you could need to relax and unwind. The hot tub didn’t heat up and would deflate very quickly so we weren’t able to use it but the beautiful beaches nearby made up for it. The host was very helpful and accommodating to our needs. We can’t wait to stay here again when we return to PR!

We had a comfortable stay, and the host was very nice and responsive. Just a small suggestion — the guest bathroom door lock could use fixing, and it would be helpful to have some mugs and plates. Not a big deal since we managed with disposables. I’m confident the host will address it, as they were very receptive to feedback. Overall, it was a great stay, and the terrace deserves a special mention — it was a lovely spot to hang out. We didn’t use the grill, but we really enjoyed spending time on the terrace. Space looks exactly like pictures. This is a 1 bedroom, but was plenty of room for myself & 2 young adult sons. The unit was very clean & the owners have made very good use of the small space. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for breakfast each morning out on the patio. The complex itself was landscaped lovely & very well maintained. The area surrounding the complex looked 'run down' & trash littered the roadways but this was the same everywhere we traveled on the eastern part of the island. Overall, the unit provided everything we needed & would highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Puerto Rico, just minutes from SJU airport and close to San Juan. The location was super convenient, but what really stood out was the attention to detail throughout the home. Everything was in great condition, tastefully furnished, and incredibly well thought out. We appreciated the extra towels, beach amenities, and overall comfort the space provided. Our absolute favorite part was the private side room—it had a great bar area that was easy to clean and a pool table that made for a lot of fun evenings. Karen was a great host—responsive, thoughtful, and made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this spot—truly a beautiful Airbnb!

I had a wonderful stay at this 2-bedroom, 1-bath home! The house was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. We had a wonderful stay at Raphael’s Airbnb! He was an amazing host, super responsive, and quick to help when we had an issue with the hot water. He guided us through the steps to fix it, which was much appreciated. The place itself was in a fantastic central location, perfect for exploring, and had great amenities for our family. The only downside was the lazy river was under construction, but we still had a great time overall. A random tip: the silverware is tucked away in a hidden drawer next to the fridge, but Raphael was quick to point that out. We also highly recommend Don Pepe’s for dinner – it was amazing! And make sure to stop by the Kioskos for a lovely beach, a quick lunch, and some souvenir shopping. We had an unforgettable experience and would definitely recommend Raphael’s place!
