Cozy, cheap, older summer house near Løkken

The cottage at Lønstrup was built in 1986. It is a well-maintained and cozy cottage, tastefully decorated and located on a large, southwest sloping natural plot. The plot is surrounded by large trees that provide good shelter from the west wind and create many play opportunities for children. The cottage is located in the middle of the magnificent nature by the North Sea. A small path leads from the house over the dunes to the North Sea, a walk of about 10 minutes, where you will find some of Denmark's most beautiful beaches.

A very nice cottage with a good atmosphere. Colorful and things chosen with care. The bed is good. There is no shower inside, but only outside, but with hot water in a closed shower section. No TV and internet, but close to the beach, and you can hear the North Sea about 250 meters away. Close to the finest sunsets. Large terrace, part of which is covered. Lots of land. My place is close to the beach. In one of Løkken's oldest neighbourhoods, just behind the dune and the watermark lies this cozy holiday apartment. It is furnished with living room (double sofa bed), kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and loft. The apartment is suitable for 4 people and is about 45m2. There is a delicious south-west facing terrace/patio with outdoor furniture. The location is great for those who want to enjoy Løkken's charming city life, while staying in a very quiet environment. Pets are not allowed.

The house is located high in the dunes overlooking the whole area. Large wooden terraces. Tenants pay for electricity consumption: DKK 4.00/kWh Tenants bring their own towels, tea towels and bed linen - the bed is: 200 X 180 cm Tenants are responsible for cleaning the house or pay DKK 800 for final cleaning. No overnight guests allowed No animals

Here you can really relax and enjoy the beautiful nature and the sea. Start the day on the east-facing terrace with a cup of coffee, take a walk along the beach to the cozy Løkken and end the day watching the sun set from the south-facing wooden terrace. There is a sofa bed that turns into a nice double bed in 2 minutes as well as a loft with room for two.

This exclusive house is built with respect for nature, so it fits perfectly into the unique surroundings. You can even enjoy the view of the North Sea's blue waters and roaring waves, because the beach is only a few hundred meters away. The floor plan consists of a lovely bathroom and a ditto bedroom for two people.
