This cozy apartment is located in the heart of Maribo, 2 minutes from the city square with café and market square every Wednesday and Saturday. The beautiful Cathedral and Nørresø are just a 5-minute walk from here through the old town. The apartment is part of our house, where we live, a family of 4 and 2 cats. However, there is a private entrance and it is separate. If you want to see the exciting Knutenborg Safari Park, it is only 10 minutes by car. The apartment has a full kitchen, large modern bathroom, queen-size double bed and loft with extra sleeping space for 1 (suitable for children). Dining area overlooking the square, underfloor heating and Nordic decor. You live centrally with cafes, shopping and the cathedral just outside the door, while Lake Maribo, nature and trails are within walking distance. An ideal base for both short and long stays on Lolland.

The home is a basement apartment in an extension. There are duvets, pillows, sheets, and towels. TV ONLY has Cromecast. Above there is also a small apartment for 4 guests, which can be rented via airbnb. The residence is close to Maribo Cathedral and Maribo Lake, which is really nice to walk by, with the lovely green surroundings. The supermarket and pedestrian street with shops are about 500 metres away. The host couple, Gitte and Kurt, live next door.

If you want to stay centrally, only a few steps up and with easy access to both parking, shopping and close to a cafe, then this is the opportunity. Enjoy the simple life in this peaceful and centrally located home that rarely offers disturbances. Private entrance with max. space for 2 people. The kitchen is frugal, but there is what is needed. Particularly suitable for 1 person looking for housing, e.g. due to shorter jobs in the area.

Nice, functional

The home is centrally located on West Lolland in a small village where there are quiet surroundings and virtually no noise from traffic. Your good night's sleep is assured without interruptions. The living room is large enough for the whole family to be together, even if the children are playing or drawing at the dining table, there is still room to enjoy a glass of wine on the sofa at the other end of the living room.
