We were looking for a quiet place for New Year’s Eve and Ulrik’s cottage was perfect for that. Located just outside a small town, close to the forest, surrounded by fields only. The house itself was spotless clean, beautifully furnished, comfortable beds, a kitchen with everything you need. We loved everything about it and highly recommend it.

A beautiful apartment in the middle of the island of Lolland. From here you can take good bike rides in any direction by e-bike. The farm dog "Tiede" is a very love that does not bark at all. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place to be. The garden invites you to relax and read.

The place is very well located if you want to spend the days in peace. It is located in a summer house complex, directly on the sea. We enjoyed the absolute peace and privacy very much. The complex is adjacent to a nature reserve; during long walks you can watch wild horses. The house is very well equipped, we did not miss anything. Many thanks to the hosts.

Cozy little townhouse close to the city center and the harbor

We stayed at the property for almost a month. I felt at home immediately and by the end was sad to leave my cozy Nakskov abode. The space was open, filled with light and clutter-free. We parked right in front of the no parking sign in the gravel drive adjacent to the property. I was very thankful for the many transportation options in Nakskov. There are three bikes in the shed which seemed almost new. I could walk from the property to the town center or train in about 10 minutes and by bike it was actually quicker than a car for many destinations. Just 1 minute by car or 5 minutes walking there was a multi-national brand grocery store, a gym that offered a monthly subscription, a gas station, and the largest clothing outlet store in the area. Nakskov itself is a city with rich history and a treasure for any resident or visitor. I would gladly return!!

I've had a birthday at Frederiksminde. A weekend for my loved ones. What amazing decor. It was pampering everyone with the loveliest bedrooms and lots of room for informal coziness in the kitchen and formal dinner in the large dining room. The wood-burning stove and fireplace were in progress all weekend and gave the final ambiance, which contrasts with January's cold and wet weather. We'll be back🥰

We stayed one night in the tiny house on our way from Sweden to Germany and were very satisfied. The place was quiet and cozy, perfect for two people. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. We particularly liked the opportunity to use the small rowing boat on the lake.

I highly recommend Frank's lovely place with good rooms, cozy courtyard, large green area. Rent a bike by the harbor, and it only takes 10 minutes there. Frank was helpful and flexible, and great at communicating about the practicalities.
