Holiday rentals in Londonderry

The place was perfect for our winter family vacation. The home was as described in a beautiful setting with a great view. If staying in the winter months having a vehicle with at least all wheel drive is helpful, as this is Vermont. The home is out of the way, but easy driving distance to ski and explore the nearby towns.

We had a wonderful time staying at Nathan’s cabin for my birthday weekend. We were so close to the town of Lake George but also had some privacy. Despite being on a small one-lane highway, it still felt like a lovely woodsy retreat and it turned out to be in our benefit because when it snowed, the road was cleared very quickly. The house is cozy and the beds are comfy! We would def recommend staying here!

The Mendon Cottage is clean, cozy and private. It’s just a 15 minute drive to Killington base, even in a fairly decent snow storm. There are trails behind the property that offered some good hiking for our doggo (they’re made for snowmobiles, but we didn’t spot one during our stay). The property delivers on its main promise: a less pricey alternative to staying at Killington, with very little inconvenience for the ski bums. Unless you simply can’t live without the ability to take the shuttle and ski off the mountain to your rental, you really can’t go wrong with this property. (It snowed our entire stay and the private road and driveway were plowed repeatedly and always navigable.)

Katrina was a wonderful host! She was responsive and thoughtful with her recommendations. The home was incredibly clean and had everything you could need for your stay and more. We felt very comfortable in the space and were so impressed with how well the space was maintained and that no detail was overlooked to make guests feel at home. The location was great and the lake views were beautiful at night with the holiday lights! Highly recommend Katrina and the cabin!

Had a great stay with friends at Laura’s place. Laura was friendly flexible and reached out to make sure we didn’t have any issues checking in. Very nice place with a nice Vermont feel. 10-15 minutes from skyeship base. Had a great weekend. Would stay again.

If you are looking for an idyllic lake house experience, this is it! We could have spent our entire trip just sitting on the porches—upstairs, downstairs, one screened-in porch, and the lovely dock. We used the kayaks and the paddle boat multiple times. The house was perfect for us because we are a close family of three, but if you need privacy from other guests, this wouldn’t be the ideal house as one bedroom opens into the other. The beds are soft and comfortable as is the sofa. Paula and Tim were extremely responsive and helpful. We would absolutely return to this house. It was difficult to leave the gorgeous leaves.

Nice clean place to stay and excellent communication from the hosts. The property matches what's described. We were skiing all day and was a good spot to crash. It was bit further from Killington than we wanted, but that was clear up front!

This was perfect for our stay and the home was beautiful (better than the photos). We would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely weekend in Megan’s home. The space was adequate for our family of 6. The home is in a quiet neighborhood that’s a short drive to Okemo so it was perfect for our ski weekend.
