Summer Vibes all year long! Located just 10 miles north of Alpena, the two story 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage is situated on all sports Long Lake. In the summer months the property offers a fire pit with chairs, covered patio with dining and grilling area as well as a large porch overlooking the lake, perfect for taking in a sunrise. A private dock is available for you to pull your own boat up to. Public launch is located less than a mile away. Winter months offer a quiet tranquil retreat.

A fixer-upper. The house is ready now with some ongoing projects. The house is one bedroom on top of a two-car garage so being able to climb steps is a must to enter the living space. The house is located in town. Less than a 5-minute stroll to the lake passing a coffee and ice cream shop, a consignment shop, an art gallery, etc. This is a great place to stay for the Harbor Town Weekend in September. Oh and don't forget your pets they can come too! Great for the Summer & Fall seasons!!
