Please mind: This is a private home, it is not shared. :) Remodeled mother-in-law's house in the country beautiful area 20 acres to walk on. Restaurant and bar within walking distance less than 1 mile, great food and nice people. Lots of wildlife whether you like to fish,hunt, hike, or just sit back and take in the nature; Right on the snowmobile trails! I will also set up for special occasions w/ decorations or whatever you'd suggest; Birthdays, Valentine's, you name it! Great WiFi connection.

Private Cottage w/Queen Bed + Lakes, golfing, etc.

Beautiful, cozy cottage located on owner's property. Surrounded by lakes (however not on one), world-class golf, towering pine trees and amazing restaurants and shopping. You will have the cottage to yourself. There is a private bedroom with a queen bed, also a full bath. The living room sofa pulls out to sleep two more. We are walking distance to Pequot Lakes, and just a 10 minute drive to Breezy Point or Nisswa for an amazing shopping experience. We welcome friendly, fully vetted dogs.

Treehouse (LOTR) Stargazer Skycabin

Our LOTR themed treehouse, along with our LOTR Wizard's Cottage, have been described as a "love letter to Tolkien himself." We have been featured on PBS and WJON radio. Joan and I live on the acreage, about 200 ft. from the Wizard's Cottage and very far from the treehouse, which is located on the back part of the acreage. It has a fenced-in portion that makes up the Shire Garden. Down the hill is our nod to Mordor. Feel free to visit and dare to open the "Mor Do(o)r." Diversity is welcome.

Our Slice of Heaven

Enjoy time away from your busy life in our peaceful oasis. The thing that makes this place so special is that everything in it is recycled. All the doors, window's, cabinets, wood and tin is all reused. The kitchen table was once a waterbed. Almost all of the wood for framing of the walls, furniture and picture frames were all once a pallet. Even the wall boards are old discarded boards. Once you walk into this place, a certain peace overtakes you. I hope you love it here as much as we do.

Escape into the forest at the Ursa Minor cabin. Built in 2017, this comfortable and tranquil getaway includes a full kitchen, bathroom with a cedar-lined shower, electric in-floor heat, a wood stove, warm pine siding throughout, and a spacious sleeping loft. A covered porch, fire pit and fully-stocked woodshed are right outside the door. Your stay includes access to more than ten kilometers of trails traversing hundreds of acres of private woodland originating steps from your door.

Solitude! Just over two hours from the cities this cabin is just far enough away to truly feel up north. Only 10 miles from Baxter, 20 miles from Crosby but a thousand miles from the rat race. This property is set on a secluded 2.5 acre plot that will provide ample opportunity to connect with nature. Relax and enjoy the solitude! Less than 10 miles away from Brainerd International Speedway and only 2.3 miles away from the Paul Bunyan Trail. TV has a Roku streaming device.

In town. Crosby, Cuyuna Adventure

Located just 2 blocks from Main Street, in a quiet neighborhood, this 'miners house' has all you need to enjoy your stay during your Cuyuna Adventure. The house is on a large lot with off street parking, close to the MTB trails, and all Crosby has to offer! Enjoy your days end with a bonfire or relax inside with the Smart TV/WIFI. There is a firepit but guests are asked to supply their own wood. Also, if you plan to grill during your stay, please provide your own charcoal.

A Slice of Paradise

Relax with the whole family at a Slice of Paradise, a newly renovated quaint cabin on South Long Lake in Brainerd. South Long Lake is a year round recreational lake offering boating, fishing, swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding. We are located on the east side of the lake with amazing sunsets and a sandy beach . Enjoy roasting s'mores around the campfire watching the sunset and listening to loons calling across the lake. Minimum age of primary renter is 25.

Quiet Lake Cottage and Cuyuna Mountain Bike Trails

Charming cottage located in the heart of Minnesota’s Up North vacationland! A relaxing retreat on one acre wooded lot, quiet 80 acre lake with no public access. Get out on the lake for a paddle with the canoe or kayak or fish from the dock, catch and release is best. Year round fun, abundant wildlife, and vivid starry skies. Located ten miles from Cuyuna Country State Recreation's excellent single track mountain bike trails and many other lakes.

Bonnies Bungalow (and bunk room!)

Beautiful lake home on North Long Lake in Brainerd. Close proximity to Brainerd International Raceway. Great for race weekends! Wonderful lake with a shallow and sandy shore. Everything is brand new in this space. Perfect for families and friends! Please note that due to winter conditions the plumbing/bathroom/kitchenette in the bunk house is unavailable. The main cabin plumbing is available year round.
