Pretty new condo with high ceilings and good location in the middle of what called Grand Park Residence. 24/7 store downstairs, bunch of a great restaurants in the area for delivery. If talking cons, towels were overused otherwise solid 5 star place for the money!

The trip to Vietnam was a more meaningful trip than other countries. Starting from Da Nang, the central region, through Nat, Dalat, and Mui Ne to Ho Chi Minh City..... I started with a plan to look into the inner parts of Vietnam, but the kindness of Vietnamese people, many things to see, and delicious food were really great. In particular, Vinhomes Grand Park, where I stayed as a Ho Chi Minh accommodation, was well-equipped with everything without any inconvenience to live indoors for a month, and the caretaker was friendly and explained various useful information (transportation, shopping, sightseeing, etc.), so I was able to stay for a month without any inconvenience.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The property is brand new, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully furnished, making it feel like a home away from home. The surrounding area is excellent, with easy access to all the amenities we needed. The location is perfect—just a short distance from a theme park and shopping mall, which made our trip even more convenient and enjoyable. Whether you're looking for entertainment, dining, or shopping, everything is within reach. The host was friendly and responsive, ensuring a smooth check-in and a comfortable stay. Even though it is 50 mins away from city centre but we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a modern accommodation. Would definitely stay here again!

THIS!! IS THE BEST STAY IN HO CHI MINH City!! Book now! A great view of the skyline and a quick grab ride to the metro to the city center. All of the amenities and more and Evolet and family has AMAZING attention to detail and is ALWAYS there to help!! I stayed for 3 months and would stay again!! loved it!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🇻🇳
