Our 33m² newly-renovated place has air conditioning and is a short walk from charming, historic downtown Dijon. In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Located facing the most beautiful park of Dijon,the Parc de la Colombière,you will enjoy the historic city center of the capital of the Dukes, a 10-min walk from the accommodation. New house,fully equipped as if you were at home! Easy/free parking at the foot of the accommodation,you will find a bakery, a tobacconist, public transport nearby. See you soon!

In a private residence, the duplex can accommodate up to 4 guests with a large bedroom upstairs (queen size bed, video projector with Netflix and Disney+) and a spacious bathroom with whirlpool bathtub. You have a sofa bed with mattress for optimal sleeping quality. The terrace with barbecue will allow you to enjoy an outdoor meal in good weather. Close to all amenities (restaurants, bars, supermarkets, tobacco, bakery).

Close to both Dijon city center and Colombière Park, our studio is located in a family condominium. On the raised ground floor, overlooking the courtyard, the apartment has its private and secure parking space facing the windows. We live nearby and will be there to help if you need anything. Warning: No parties here.

Studio at the bottom of our garden: kitchen area, sleeping area, large dressing room and bathroom (large shower/toilet). Please note, no key box (see time slot in house rules) and no TV (but good Wi-Fi😉). The environment is very quiet outside the train passages (sometimes numerous at night). Free street parking
