The cottage is located on a large and enclosed natural plot, where there is plenty of space, and a fantastic unspoiled location overlooking the inland dunes. It is only 300 meters to the beach, and 1 km to Skallerup Klit holiday center where there is a sea of activities and a large grocery store, as well as a restaurant. The house is 61 m2 but well furnished with double beds in two of the rooms, as well as a room with bunk beds, a bathroom with shower, kitchen and living room in one. The house is located in a very peaceful area on a 1200 m2 plot within walking distance to town and sea. The distance to both Lønstrup town and the beach is about 600 m. I have owned the house since 2007, and the house has been continuously renovated. Most recently with a new bathroom and new terraces.
