Cozy and well-appointed 1 1/2 story house with lots of charm, close to Palmestranden. The house contains a large kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room with a washer and dryer. 3 bedrooms, (1 on the ground floor and 2 on the 1st floor) The house has stairs and is therefore not suitable for small children. Nice large private garden with several terraces, sun loungers, garden furniture and gas grill. If the weather is bad, there is a large, nice conservatory with both dining area and cozy corner. Blånæs – a historic pearl in Løkken with a panoramic view of the North Sea This unique summer house is probably the best known of all the properties in the seaside resort of Løkken. Enthroned on top of a dune, the house stands completely by itself and right next to the beach, and the architecture exudes excess, quality and finesse. The house's exciting history goes all the way back to 1920, when it was named Blånæs - inspired by the clay mound "Den Blå Næse" north of the property.

Welcome to my lovely, quiet and cozy house. You can use the place both as a vacation home or, as I do to a great extent, as a place of work when I write songs and make music. The house is located in a very peaceful area on a 1200 m2 plot within walking distance to town and sea. The distance to both Lønstrup town and the beach is about 600 m. I have owned the house since 2007, and the house has been continuously renovated. Most recently with a new bathroom and new terraces.
