There is an open plan living room, with a well equipped kitchen, 2 comfortable sofas, (one being a sofa bed, for children only) dining area and lovely views of the beach and sea. There's a Smart TV. The main double bedroom has ample storage and an en-suite shower and toilet. It's a short scenic walk (including steps) to the shops/beach and the little ferry to take you to East Looe.

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.
