Newer fourth-floor apartment in the best location in Rovaniemi. The apartment is located next to the services. The 44 sqm apartment is stylish, and bright thanks to the large windows. The kitchen has the most important cooking utensils. Linens and towels are always included in the rent. There's a parking lot in the courtyard. Parking is possible to book from the house's own parking garage at a price of 10e/day. We ask that you take good care of the apartment throughout your stay. You are warmly welcome!

Located directly on the Arctic Circle with access to the water (Kemijoki), you will stay in the annex of the main house in a 1-room apartment (23 m²) with a private bathroom. The apartment is 12 minutes drive from the airport and 7 minutes from the center. In summer, you can refresh yourself with a jump into the Kemijoki River. A golf course is nearby. In winter, cross-country ski trails and downhill ski slopes are just a few minutes' walk away. The outdoor sauna right by the river can be used for a fee.
