Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Los Arribes

It is a family home, very well maintained and recovered. The house has all the amenities and a few more. The hostess ensured excellent communication and the lady who received us (D.ª Silvina) is overflowing with kindness. We were even entitled to some treats, which were the icing on the cake. Thank you so much for everything!

A repeat experience! I was previously contacted if we learned the time of entry to the house and when we arrived home there was a super cozy temperature in every division. Linda made a point of leaving a basket of products from the area that were wonderful. The super-equipped kitchen, like everything needed for a stay and family and friends. The whole dwelling was well taken care of, clean and with various details that made us feel at home.

The stay at Casa dos Figos matched and exceeded the expectations we had when we saw the photos and read the comments. We stayed 3 nights and it was like a retreat from stress, traffic, noise and trouble. We were toasted with a wonderful sun that allowed us to enjoy the pool space and train on the deck, the rain also appeared in force and with it allowed to light the fire and marvel at the mountain range, we went hiking to the sites of the river, I advise suitable footwear to walk on stone for some time, we were unable to go to the river for lack of access perhaps because it was April but we liked the experience very much. The kitchen is very well-equipped, we made since soup, cake and several cooked dishes without ever missing anything. The exterior is super calm and quiet, the only nocturnal sounds are the birds and bees that accompanied us throughout the stay, so calm that for those of the city it can even surprise so much silence and peace ahah. The view is unforgettable. :)

Cannot say enough about this place, its everything it says and lots more. The ladies that service the property along with preparing breakfasts were simply awesome. Aurora's chocolate cake was a hit, and we had it for dessert and breakfast! The location and views are postcard perfect and that comes with some nervous driving to get there, but once you know the quirks really not that bad, just be careful. Highly recommending this to friends that are planning a trip to this beautiful part of the world.

We were very well, Danielle was very kind, she was attentive to us at all times resolving our doubts, the house loved everyone, it is very close to Salamanca and the village has a bus that takes you downtown. We were also able to leave the cars in the yard, the truth is that everything was very good.

This is a very special find on Air BnB. In a private location, very well equipped, extremely clean, modern, comfortable and pet friendly. Tiago and his family went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I was there during the electricity blackout of Spain and Portugal and they even though to bring me a torch! I highly recommend this property, I’ll be back!!

Manuela's communication is assertive and very clear in the information provided. The house is extremely clean, well organized and is quite comfortable. The very easy check-in. The very calm and quiet area. Very well located, has the Bus terminal and market near the house. Theater, museum, various historical moments to visit the Foot. I recommend it and will be back!

Ana's apartment is very spacious, three double beds, two bathrooms. crockery and full saucepans to do what you like to eat.

Due to a breakdown in the car I could not enjoy the stay, but the communication was excellent.

The house was spotless and had all the amenities described in the listing. The village is very quiet, with little traffic and almost pedestrian, which we loved so we could leave the children free. In the area there are a variety of nature areas to visit, bathing areas, cultural visits and places where you can eat local cuisine and buy sausages, cheeses and local products. The hosts are 10. Communicative, clear instructions and always available. They even helped us with a problem with the car. Recommended 100% if you like nature and calm, but tb the activity.

This place is amazing! The property feels extremely private. There were 4 of us and we felt the house could easily have slept another 4. Everything was spotless. The hosts are extremely friendly and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend going to their restaurant in town, everything was cooked perfectly. The pool was great and we loved using the barbecue. We would absolutely recommend staying here.

we had a very pleasant week in this quiet house with very beautiful landscapes. the pool nearby refreshed us well and made the children happy. the house is typical and nice the outdoor shower is very nice in summer. Teresa is a very nice person and very available.

Casita with lots of details where you can enjoy the countryside and the villages of Salamanca. Thais has been a super host, thoughtful, attentive and super friendly. Thank you for making me feel right at home.

The only aspect that you can limit for longer stays and needs more luggage: there is no private parking and the street of the house is in a “historic” area, difficult to circulate cars. But the area is very beautiful, picturesque, and all the other great features of the house and hostess far outweigh this fact.

Wonderful stay. The super friendly host welcomed us with all your sympathy and hospitality. The house is fully equipped with everything necessary and not necessary, as if you were in your own home. The place is ideal for resting, the village is very nice and calm and very close to the wonderful lakes of Sabor. It is worth without a doubt to book this charming house and visit the site. I can't say enough about how incredible this Airbnb was, Carla and her property were so beyond expectations. My family and I felt extremely comfortable there, it is remote but absolutely beautiful. We were not able to use the pool, because the weather was a little bit cold. I jumped in for like 20 minutes and even though it was cold it was very nice. Carla was so communicative the entire time we were there, she made lots of helpful suggestions and helped us to book a tour around the Douro Valley and surrounding areas. She and a friend also cooked us breakfast every morning, which was delicious and helped us to start our day. 10 out of 10, I would absolutely return.

This property is simply WONDERFUL. It's perfect for disconnecting and relaxing, in a beautiful setting. The house has everything you might need, and the outside is unbeatable. Angela and Mario are charming, the best hosts you could wish for. I recommend this beautiful house 100% and we would like to go back
