Holiday rentals with a patio in Los Ayala

Had a wonderful stay at Shari's casita. She was a great host. Very clean and comfortable. Felt safe and relaxing. I highly recommend.

This unit is even better than advertised. It was super clean and well organized with everything you could want. The highlight is definitely the rooftop infinity pool. We spent many hours enjoying the view while relaxing in the heated pool.

We had a lovely stay at Leanne and Lawrence’s Airbnb! The rooftop pool was perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset. The apartment’s staff were all so kind and helpful and the common areas were very taken care of! It is also conveniently located by stores and restaurants, and there is always a sporting event taking place at the baseball/track field. The neighborhood was fairly quiet in the evening as well. Thank you so much!

Nuestra estancia fue muy placentera, el lugar está muy agradable, pantalla tv en cada cuarto asi como cocina muy equipada, un lugar bastante bonito se siente de verdad de lujo, una alberca preciosa. además de una ubicación excelente que nos permitió disfrutar gran parte de la rivera y de Puerto Vallartam sin lugar a dudas lo volveremos nuestro destino frecuente para vacacionar y regresaremos a casa de Edgar quien por cierto siempre estuvo muy atento a nosotros, es un tipazo!

El departamento es muy cómodo y agradable, tiene todo lo necesario, la cocina está muy buen equipada, un refrigerador de muy buen tamaño para guardar lo necesario para varios días. Ell refrigerador con una sorpresa que pone contento a cualquiera, unos refrescos y una botella de vino tinto listos para servirse. El mueble de sala muy cómodo y la televisión de un muy buen tamaño y calidad para disfrutar una película, hay Netflix. La recamara tiene una cama muy cómoda, se agradece que tiene 4 almohadas muy acolchadas, el closet de un tamaño que no se llena con lo de unas vacaciones. Aire acondicionado y ventiladores en la sala y la recamara. El baño con un lavabo donde cabe todo, solo la regadera es difícil de domar porque supongo que tienen un calentador de paso. Aún cuando el departamento está al lado de la carretera no molesta el ruido del tráfico, y hay mucho, ni para ver la televisión ni para dormir. Grácias a Laura y Lorena por sus atenciones

Excellent hosts. Great location for my need. Easy to cross "main drag" to enjoy beach and restraunts in "downtown" Bucerias......loved the charm of being in area where I was amid the locals. Always felt safe. Charming place. Easy to get transportation. Surely would stay here again.

Un excelente lugar, muy bonito, privado, es ideal para descansar, los demás departamentos estuvieron reservados por personas muy tranquilas. El tener acceso al restaurante del lugar mientras conoces Bucerías te ayuda muchísimo! El departamento está súper equipado, muy cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario pensado en vivir ahí por un tiempo prolongado. Está muy cerca de la playa y cerca de supermercados. Te dan los mejores consejos y recomendaciones del lugar. Te prestan sombrillas, toallas y sillas de playa para que tu estadía sea lo más fácil posible! Nos quedamos con nuestra mascota y un bebé. Gracias a Tom y Felipe por ser grandes anfitriones !

Great spot! The hosts are wonderful - we ran out of water but they were quick to provide a refill. Also, the cell network and internet went down for the whole region while we were staying here but the hosts provided a letter on our door explaining the situation. If it weren’t for the letter we wouldn’t have known why nothing was working. They took great care of us! The neighbouring dog was the perfect little treat as well! The only thing worth mentioning is that the place has a hill you need to go up and down in order to reach town. Highly recommend renting a golf cart to make that a little bit easier of a trip

This unit isa great place for a short or long long-term stay. it has all the needs required as well as Netflix and HBO. it's street level location, a clean unit, easy walks to the beach, melacon ,supermarkets, Saturday markek (best fresh fruit in PV), an athletic field with large soccer fields to walk or jog in. Carolina is a super host, she responds to any issues within minutes! it is not super luxury, but easily fits all your needs and the price is right. I stayed over 2 months and I highly recommend this Airbnb.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. We had 7 people and it was very spacious. Every room had a bathroom upstairs. With two other bathrooms downstairs. The living room area and kitchen are very large and open with great space to gather in. This was the same for the outside area. Host was very great at communicating and accommodating at check in and late check out. One recommendation would be to supply more toilet paper, dishwasher pods, small seasonings (for cooking), dish towels and sharper knives for cooking. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay! Thank you!

In general it is always nerve wrecking to find the right place for you and your family but I am so happy to have picked this place. My family and I enjoyed the home. The pictures and description are accurate and it was a great time. It is a great location to not only go to Puerto Vallarta but also the surrounding towns. The pool in this community was clean and great to use. I definitely recommend this place! My family and I will be back soon.

I have stayed in many airbnb’s. in the US, Mexico, Canada and Europe. Silaan’s was fabulous. Probably the best, ever. Beautifully decorated, excellent quality and had everything one could possibly want without having to bring with you, water bottles, great kitchen. beach chairs, speakers to hook up to your phone etc. The pictures posted on her site were acute and all in great working order. She has great taste. If I had any questions I immediately got a response and help if I needed it. My only word of caution is as much as the tub/shower is beautiful, if you have mobility issues it may be hard to get in and out. The pictures accurately show the tub so no suprises. She’s a wonderful host with a gorgeous private yard and I look forward to returning. I highly recommend it Thank you!

La casa esta hermosa, vale muchísimo la pena, mis hijos disfrutaron mucho la alberca, l recomiendo mucho para viajes en familia. Los anfitriones siempre están atentos y ayudándote en todo.

Really enjoyed staying in this location in Zona Romantica. It was fun to explore the neighborhood and there were many, many restaurants within easy waking distance. The pool area was great, it offered comfortable places to lounge and a beautiful view of the city!

Un excellent service y compris la prise en charge de ma valise le jour de mon départ. Appartement bien conçu, agréable décoré et une cuisine super équipée. Air conditionné efficace. Piscine très propre. Une qualité que je n'avait pas rencontrée depuis quelques années chez Airbnb. Merci infiniment et au plaisir.

The location of the property geographically and also the unit location within property were excellent. One thing that we noticed about the complex was that there are MANY units where you couldn't see the sunset from the balcony due to the building orientation. This unit had excellent views of the ocean, sunsets, pools, whales every day. It is a true SUITE which was excellent for my wife and me. It will sleep four with the pullout couch but it would be extremely tight quarters for 2 couples. A family with 2 kids would be good. It was an excellent place and we would defintely stay here again if it was available when we were going to PV.

A lovely new and clean apartment with great facilities located conveniently in the Avida building. The rooftop pool and bar were amazing. Apartment is on the third floor and generally quiet although the road below can be a little noisy at times so bear in mind if you’re a light sleeper. Would definitely stay here again.

Excelente lugar , las instalaciones prácticamente nuevas ,las albercas limpias , climatizadas , los jakuzis súper agusto la temperatura y con hidromasaje , el carril de nado en la segunda planta con hermosa vista nos encantó ,el apartamento muy amplio y muy bien aprovechados los espacios teníamos lavadora , secadora, jabón para lavar ropa y trastes , buen shampoo y acondicionador en baños , la ubicación del lugar nos gustó para ir hasta caminando al malecón !.En general nos pasamos unos días muy agusto ! Lo recomendamos ampliamente .

Brian was very understanding when our flights were cancelled due to weather and I’m extremely grateful that we were able rebook with new dates. His condo is located in the Rivera Molina building which, along with the address, made it easy for our taxi driver to find. The location was easily accessible by public buses as well. The space was perfect for two couples. It has private spaces as well as a kitchen and a comfortable living room and balcony area for relaxing. The location couldn’t be more convenient to restaurants and access to the Malecon. There’s a French patisserie just steps from the entrance where we treated ourselves to something scrumptious almost every day. There is also an OXXO and ATM just around the corner. We felt very safe and were greeted pleasantly by the front desk staff and other residents of the building. We enjoyed our stay in Vallarta and having this modern, pristine apartment to return to every night made our visit even more memorable.

La verdad que la propiedad súper, seguridad también 10/10 y el anfitrión excelente, regresaré a esta propiedad !!!! Alberca y jacuzzi excellent ubicacion en el edificio

A pesar de la diferencia de horario por el lugar donde habita Brian, siempre estuvo atento a cualquier duda, muy amable. El lugar muy bonito, el condominio tiene reglas muy claras que se deben tomar en cuenta. La pequeña playa tiene muchas piedras, en general en Bucerias en estos tiempos, hay muchísimas piedras, cosa que hace algunos años no estaba así, para considerar. Los asoleados muy cómodos, al igual que la alberca. El restaurante aunque tiene un horario recortada, está muy rico y quienes atienden, muy muy amables. Nuestra estancia en general fue muy agradable.
