Looks just like the photos! This was a beautiful 4 bedroom property. Located on the lake, on the Circuito Chico scenic drive, very secluded. It is about a 20 minute drive to downtown Bariloche so having a car is (probably) necessary (not sure about availability of Uber in the area). But you will not be disappointed. The house has all the amenities you will need for a comfortable stay. And Maximo and Claudio, the hosts, were welcoming and responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Honestly, we feel we got so much more than we expected for the price. We were looking for a spacious and comfortable place, and although we originally wanted to stay closer to town, this location turned out to be absolutely perfect! There are beautiful walks right from the house, fantastic restaurants nearby, and you can even walk to Lake Moreno. You really don’t need to go into town unless you want to, as everything you need is close by. Mana was always responsive, kind, and provided great recommendations and lovely conversations. She was never invasive, but always available and ready to help if we needed anything — which made us feel even more at home. We stayed for a week and had enough time to truly experience and appreciate the place. The kitchen was well-equipped, the house was warm and cozy, and the living room was ideal for playing board games and spending quality time as a family. We’ve made some wonderful memories here. New building, so tood was practically unveiling. Furniture crockery and decoration 10 points. Appliances, all. Kitchen utensils the same, nothing was missing. Two things that I consider important and I do not remember that they were in the description, first: it is that it is a low silver deptartament with glass windows without grills or alarm and second, for the type of construction, at times you hear the steps and noises of the neighboring apartments.

The location of the place was helpful for accessing certain places in the city. It had a garage, as it is almost essential to have a vehicle to mobilize. The apartment was in very good condition and was just like the images posted. The attention was immediate and the city info was as well. Highly recommended.

We were all set! Very comfortable! On the first day there was a problem with the water supply, but it was totally foreign to the property, but anyway the owner tried to fix by all means quickly. We arrived and everything that had been offered to us was there. Bruno was super friendly and gave us recommendations about the place, the sights around and what we could do during the stay. Very nice apartment, very pleasant and well decorated / well equipped. The large bay windows and terrace offer magnificent lake views. The host and on-site support are attentive and very helpful. We had a lovely stay there. We recommend it.

We arrived at the accommodation on a rainy day and from the 0 minute they were super friendly and attentive, both Florence and Laura. The apartment is divine, has a beautiful view and is well equipped. There is flexibility for both check-in and check-out times. The only thing to take into account is the climb up to the apartment, which will be 200m but is also not so steep. We felt at home. We would definitely stay again!

The Mercedes studio is beautiful. The view is unique, opening the windows and seeing the lake and mountains. I even touch a snowy day and the whole white scenery is amazing! Mercedes was super friendly and I helped us with everything we needed. We recommend going by car, the property has space for parking and is the best way to move to both the house and Bariloche. We look forward to returning soon and 100% recommending
