The apartment was in a central but quiet place, like a garage ( very good) , the hot floor, which was very nice to be, Patagônia -La Angostura , with temperatures around 3-9 degrees. We were very well there, cozy apartment next to the main avenue: Arrayanes with all the shops and restaurants of the Villa. Juan recommended places to go and where to eat and supermarkets . I would recommend and for sure we would rent the apartment again. I will comment on 2 situations that have to do with the maintenance of the building and not with the apartment rented: 1- the elevator did not work (it was communicated to Juan , the host, who quickly requested the solution of the problem) but the technician did not manage to resolve in the 3 days we were there (it worked for a few hours but afterwards, no more). We were in the 3rd Floor 2- the lock on the entrance door of the building is not ok, it took a bit to open.
