Two covered dining terraces — an 80m² sail-shaded Grand Terrace, and classic terracotta tiled lunch terrace. A 10 × 5 m Roman-end pool sits at the heart of the gardens. Inside, exposed beams, thick stone walls and Smeg appliances combine character with comfort. 2026 is our 5th summer on Airbnb, with prices held from 2025.

Cicadas and birds sing to the setting sun, and there's not a human soul for miles. Fields and vineyards lead to the winding streets of medieval Issigeac, a boulangerie, a café and the perfect afternoon.

It has air conditioning, heating in each room, large living room with wood-burning stove, an equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms one with a 160 bed, terraces and a large garden. It is possible to fish on a private lake located 400 meters away and also at Lake Lourbet 2 km away.
