You can swim, kayak, fish, hike or cycle from the house. The town of Prayssac is a short 5 minute drive away with a cinema, restaurants, Boulangerie and three supermarkets. Surrounded by vineyards you can visit the local vignobles and treat yourself to the Malbec wines of this region. You can also simply relax and admire the views.

Gite des Reves

Gîte des Rêves is situated in a quiet riverside location at the edge of a small rural commune called 'Cornus'. It is part of a larger village a few minutes away 'Cénevières', that boasts a stunning medieval chateaux. A small communal shop and a delightful brasserie, where you can have a drink in the day or enjoy a tasty meal at night. You can stay home and relax in the Gite's pretty garden, inviting pool with its river views or explore this beautiful region 'Les Causses du Quercy'.

The Annexe is a deluxe space for two to share. For your comfort and relaxation, you will benefit from a covered terrace, with table and chairs, and an open terrace with a bistro set. A private parking place is located directly outside the main doors. Situated in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Causses de Quercy, in the south west of France, our little treasure is well placed for discovering all the beautiful sites of the Lot. Beautiful restored country house near Sarlat

Nestled amongst mature gardens and overlooking Lake Groléjac, this beautiful, traditional country house has been lovingly and sympathetically restored. La Lavandula sits in its own established grounds with a large private swimming pool, pétanque court and children’s play area. Groléjac swimming and fishing lake with its lovely, sandy beach is a 2 minute walk away. A cycle path at the rear of the property will take you straight through to Sarlat (11km away) and beyond.

Completely renovated in early 2022, the cottage can accommodate up to 4 people and is ideally located just minutes from the historic center and shops in a quiet and green environment. The cottage is on our property, but is completely separate from our house.

This old wine barn has been tastefully restored into a holiday home for two people, blending medieval architecture, modern comfort and a wine theme in perfect harmony. It is beautifully positioned on a rock, in the Bastide village of Flaugnac, allowing you to enjoy great views on to the valley below and the surrounding hills.
