Located at 1100m, the property is nestled above the charming (non-resort) mountain village of Birgisch. It’s easily accessible - just 15 minutes direct by bus from Brig train station (and the town’s many restaurants, bars and activities), and 15 minutes to the nearest ski runs.

The town of Montescheno offers the charm of the mountains (700 meters), an enviable sunny position and at the same time the proximity to the city of Domodossola (12km) and the alpine lakes. Villa Alba presents itself with spacious and bright rooms, a panoramic view of the mountains and at the same time the relaxation of a Finnish sauna and jacuzzi. The outdoor spaces are very pleasant and usable: veranda with sofa and armchairs, balcony, garden, pergola with table and benches.

Access by car is not possible in winter. If it snows, you can take a sleigh or skis from the village directly to the house. We built this little house for ourselves with love. It is located near our residential house, but it enjoys an unobstructed view and preserves your privacy. You'll feel right at home. We dream by looking at the view, the sun, on one of the terraces or by the fire. To disconnect, discover the Gruyère, isolate yourself to work remotely, get away as a couple... The hardest part is to leave.
