It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnicki Landscape Park.

Our cottage from 1895 is located in the heart of Jeseníky in Vrba pod Pradědem with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. The cottage is surrounded by beautiful Jeseník nature and a short distance away the forest begins. The large garden provides tranquility, from which there is a beautiful view, whether from the terrace or from the pond at the bottom. There are countless opportunities for walks, hikes or bike rides. It is ideal to combine them with resting in the shade of a flowering apple tree in the garden.

The modern, fully equipped house located directly on the beach with a view of the reservoir offers accommodation for up to 12 people. The parking area in front of the house accommodates 4 to 5 cars. The house has 237.35 m² of floor space and central electric heating. The property is partially fenced, spacious, and offers private access to the beach.

A private wood-fired hot tub and barbecue area guarantee an unforgettable holiday. An ideal base for exploring mountain trails and local attractions. This is where the road ends and the real relaxation begins.

Kouty residence for 16 people with WELLness

Enjoy a great stay with outdoor wellness with a hot tub, sauna and cooling tub, all with a beautiful view. In summer, you'll enjoy the pool, sun loungers, table tennis, climbing frames, a children's house with a kitchenette. Fire pit, covered seating, BBQ. The house is located close to the train station and the Kouty ski resort, where there is a restaurant, pizzeria and bowling. We offer discounted conditions for skiing and a free ski bus to the Kouty resort.

Chalet

A wooden cottage, located by the forest in a secluded corner with a beautiful view of the mountains for 8 people. A secluded charming place especially recommended for people who want to relax in peace and quiet. Minimum rental period is 2 days. Check-in is until 7 p.m. Check-out by 12:00. About 100 m away is my second cottage for 6 people called Klimcia. I do not provide towels. The price applies to the entire cottage regardless of the number of people.
