We really enjoyed our stay, we were very comfortable here. Delightful villa, fully equipped apartment, amazing wellness that we had private. The host was very kind, accommodating, and responded right away. I'm sure we haven't been here last time 😊

We were very enthusiastic about the beautiful furnishings of the accommodation, as well as its location and everything else in the vicinity of the apartment. You had many activities, as well as a pool or direct access to the sea. It was a very nice holiday and the place is highly recommended.

Very nice, especially Hauzenberg has plenty to offer. A granite museum, granite quarries, restaurants, ice cream parlors, playgrounds, swimming lake and many opportunities to do sports. Directly at the apartment there is a nice pool, a sauna with indoor pool. All in all very nice and recommended.

We wanted to spend a cozy girls' weekend to spend time together, chat, relax and enjoy. The place was as described in the listing, very easy to reach by car, great terrace and sauna and pool area. The surroundings are quiet, and if it's a little warmer, the lake is certainly a great trip. Now (at the beginning of April) we have made use of the included pool & sauna offer and let the evening end with a magnificent sun-earth on the spacious, wind-protected, terrace.

We had a lovely stay and felt like at home. Flat is spacious, safe, clean, bright and situated in a quiet residential area. Host is very responsive and accomodating. I would stay here again as it was very comfy.

Our stay was very nice. The apartment was clean, nicely furnished and has everything you need. The communication with Petra was great, she helped us with all open questions. The lake can be reached within about 5-10 minutes. The surroundings were very quiet and great for unwinding. All in all it was a very nice weekend and we would come back:-) Thank you Petra!

Small but nice apartment, cozy, top equipped and really super clean. We were there as a family of 4 and absolutely satisfied. The apartment is in one of two well-kept '70s high-rise buildings, connected by a communal area (free of charge): table tennis, kicker, air hockey and swimming pool. Perfect for our boys!

A place to stay that matches the description and price. The owner was very kind, quick to respond to questions. Nothing was a problem. We especially appreciated the possibility of pets, photons, and the surrounding area of the place.

We have stayed at many Airbnbs over the years but this has been one of the most special. An attractive, clean and tidy family home, with wonderful grassy garden space comprising a large veranda, outdoor seating, large trampoline, and an exceptional swimming pool. All set in a peaceful rural environment, with woods and endless walking, running or cycling on the doorstep. The house is perfect for families or those seeking tranquility, with or without a mix of physical activity. Other highlights include Moorea the friendly cat, the garden fire pit, fruit and vegetables from the garden, the incredible night sky, and the spooky, autonomous lawn robot that comes out at night ;) Bad Leonfelden centre or nearby supermarkets are a convenient 10 min walk. We were welcomed by Thomas's attentive and friendly dad who also took care of the pool. Thomas himself responded instantly to any enquiries we had. It has been a memorable stay in your beautiful family home, Thomas. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay! We were incredibly kindly received by Anna and since we were there during the Christmas season, we even found a warm Nikolaus. The house is just perfect - so richly decorated - we didn't lack anything. In the kitchen there was everything we made to cook, super cozy beds and at the spa area we did not get out of wonder. We could easily use the hot tub in December, despite the snow it was nice and warm. The house is beautifully secluded, you have your peace and quiet and can perfectly switch off from the stressful everyday work. If you are in the mood for a forest walk, you only need to take 3 meters out the door and is already in the middle of the action - really fantastic. We thank the hosts for this perfect stay and will be happy to come back! ☺️

Very nice, new and clean place with lots of space, a big garden and small sauna. There are many opportunities for activities in the surrounding areas. Easy communication with the host

Stefan's apartment is located in an idyllic little valley. There is a parking space directly in front of the property. The road is not very busy, it is very quiet there. The kitchen was very well equipped for the four of us and we enjoyed the time there. The beds are very good. A highlight is of course the barrel sauna! Highly recommended is the large Rodltal hiking tour, as you can start right from the house, so to speak. The proximity to Linz invites you to stroll there and for the attractions such as the Pöstlingbergbahn or the Donaubus. We enjoyed it there very much, we will be happy to come back.
