Small listed village, located 2 minutes from Clermont-l'Hérault, peaceful, quiet, surrounded by scrubland and close to the Cirque de Mourèze. Ideal for lovers of quiet nature holidays (hiking, mountain biking, etc.) close to Lac du Salagou, and the Gorges de l'Hérault. 40 minutes from the beaches, 15 minutes from Pezenas, 35 minutes from Montpellier. Out of respect for the quiet village, our house does not allow big parties.

The property consists of 4 ensuite bedrooms - three of which have views over the town's château gardens. The house is a short stroll to the town's beaches, portside restaurants and twice weekly outdoor market.

The Cabanon is a great base to discover the surroundings: Balaruc, Mèze, Marseillan, Pézenas, Montpellier, Narbonne... and the hinterland.
