Paul's place

This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is not my original studio/loft of earlier times!! Key words: Calm, sunny, modern!!

Located in a quite street, just 2km away from the city center, near the Thermes of Spa, close to the golf and the forest. The Spa-Francopchamps circuit is just 15min away by car (12km).

In a small village on the edge of our beautiful Belgian Ardennes, the PHILO&FILLES gite welcomes you alone, as a couple or as a family (max 4 people + 1 baby). The gîte is an air-conditioned studio (equipped kitchen, lounge area, bed area). Sunny balcony, small garden and private parking. Close to restaurants and shops as well as landscapes to relax in nature. Many activities for children and sporty people.
