The house is exactly like in the pictures. The leisure area (swimming pool, barbecue, sand court, etc.) is really the difference of the house. Beautiful and modern leisure area. The house where the bedrooms, living room, kitchen, etc are older, but it is well maintained, clean and has all the necessary utensils. We did the New Year dinner and there was absolutely nothing missing. The whole family loved it!!!!!

Third time on Hopi Hari and second time in the house, it has become our home of reference when we want to go to the park. In addition to near the park (about 20 minutes by car) is also close to the capital, just over 1 hour. There is a very good square in front of the condominium, with a football/basketball court, with a feirinha on Saturdays in the morning. The condominium is calm and safe. Near two pharmacies, markets and road. Sebastian like the other time we stayed was very kind and considerate, always responding quickly to communications. We only have compliments on hospitality! My family had a great time at the Chacara Imperial. The place looked just like the pictures and it is very well maintained and cared for. From booking to checking out, our experience was amazing. Great communication with Vaner and also with caseiro Dilson, who answered all our questions. The place is amazing and it's easy to keep an eye on everyone and enjoy time with the family. We liked it so much that we are considering making it an annual family gathering at Vaner's Chacara. We will be back for sure!

Núbia is very solicitous and attentive. We love the place. The photos look smaller than the hall. Small items needed maintenance and Nubia was willing to settle during our stay, but we didn't think it was necessary. It did not disturb us in our stay. This further showed your attention to us. Tudos we needed had on-site. Piscina the service provider came early to clean. Unspeakable. As in the description, the guest brick house does not have access and Nubia warned us that someone could access the house, but that it would not bother us and we would not see. In fact, someone accessed the house and didn't bother us. We want to come back more often.

I had an excellent stay! The place is great, very well cared for, clean and with a perfect structure for those who need to work in Home Office — fast internet, quiet and well-lit environment. The Real Estate has a good location, a quiet neighborhood, full of shops , bars and restaurants nearby, easy access to everything, I loved Cambuí. Communication with Luiza was great, always responding quickly, gave us tips and everything we had doubts he answered quickly. The Super Tasty Apartment, air-conditioned living room and bedroom work super well, the gourmet balcony is a cute, nice to talk, barbecue and despite being on the 1st floor , no one gets to see what it is doing. There are no noisy neighbors, the building is very quiet , all digital. It was a very cool 4 days, much more that it was a holiday. Me, my husband and my puppy love it. We'll be back for sure and we indicate it.

the weekend/ holiday was great at the homes of Ivanete and his Co-Hosts. really an amazing experience. had already rented another studio since the last time I was in Campinas, and it met our expectations. great space, with good lighting. beautiful and complete kitchen. there's no way, just cheer up. would come back several other times.

Very clean apartment, bedding and extremely smelling bath towels, I have had other experiences in hotels in campinas that do not reach the feet in cleanliness and hygiene like here. I loved the experience, I really felt at home, I definitely indicate and I will come back.

Jussara is an archipelago that was always available and her apartment is very functional. The location of the apartment is in a quiet neighborhood and with all ease in its surroundings that can be carried out on foot (market, pharmacy, gym etc.) and the condominium is very organized and safe. Inside the apartment there are several utensils that help a lot in everyday life and I didn't miss anything. I'll be back soon for sure
