Located just half a mile away from the A1, it is within easy reach of vibrant Newcastle, beautiful Durham and the Metro Centre. There are some lovely local walks and pubs to visit, but if you wanted to venture further, the coast and gorgeous Northumberland are also within easy reach. Private flat, public outdoor space. Adult only.

This little oasis of green is in a super handy location on the edge of the greenbelt, yet near the Team Valley, Metrocentre and Newcastle. There's a bus stop directly outside, with buses into central Newcastle every 30min in the day. Watergate Forest Park is right next door, with a fantastic cafe, lake, swans & lots of other wildlife. We're only a couple of miles from the C2C cycle route, with easy access to lots of other cycle routes & walks.
