We have carefully restored the historic winegrower's house: that's why there are uneven walls, vaulted ceilings and thick walls. But also a lot of modern things: pool, sauna, a large outdoor kitchen, barbecue, 2 terraces, fireplace & wood stove.

Kitchen with fridge/freezer, small oven, 2 hobs, kettle, coffee maker. Bedroom with bunk bed /160 cm wide. Large storage space underneath. Kitchen with sofa bed. Own access/parking. Garden unfinished and in progress but no noise. If you have any questions, we are always happy to help.

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.
