Unser Haus in guter Wohnlage ist nur 10 bis 15 Minuten Gehzeit entfernt von Mödlings Bahnhof und historischem Stadtzentrum. Die nahe Metropole Wien ist mit dem Zug bestens erreichbar. Der Nachtbus aus Wien hält um die Ecke. Der angrenzende Wienerwald ist ein Paradies für Wanderer, Radfahrer, Läufer und Mountainbiker. Die Weinbauern der Umgebung bieten regionale Köstlichkeiten.

Außergewöhnliches Wohnen, ein Mix aus Altem und Neuen. Lichtkuppeln mit viel Licht von oben (abdunkelbar) und freie Sicht zum Himmel. Infrarot-Tiefenwärmekabine zum Entspannen. Loft with 115m² und 30m² Terrasse near on of the biggest shopping-areas of Vienna, the Mariahhilfer Strasse, 2 min. from Underground Station of U3 and near the railway Station Westbahnhof. You will love the Penthouse because of the nice view over the roofs of Vienna and the spacious flat and luxury furnituire. This loft is good for Groups and Family (with children), but also couples. We welcome everyone from ervery, be only nice and not to noisy.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Untergeschoss meines privaten Hauses. Man hat einen eigenen Eingang und auf Privatsphäre wird großer Wert gelegt. Nur zwei Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt befindet sich ein kostenloser Parkplatz. Zum Ausladen des Gebäcks kann selbstverständlich direkt vor der Unterkunft angehalten werden. Bei Fragen oder Anregungen stehe ich gerne zur Verfügung.
