Loft apartment No. 9 on the right in the former workshop building of the grandfather. The apartment is ideal for short or long-term stays. It is quietly located in the rear of the courtyard of the Gründerzeit house on Westbahnstrasse. Exceptional living for 1 - 4 people. Industrial flair of yesteryear combined with modern interiors. Skylights with lots of light from above (can be darkened) and unobstructed views of the sky. A location worth living in, probably unique in Vienna's 7th district!

Our house in a good residential location is only 10 to 15 minutes walk away from Mödling's train station and historic city center. The nearby metropolis of Vienna is easily accessible by train. The night bus from Vienna stops around the corner. The adjacent Wienerwald is a paradise for hikers, cyclists, runners and mountain bikers. The local winegrowers offer regional delicacies.

For rent is a loft with a combined kitchen and living room, a workplace, a bathroom with a toilet and a spacious balcony in the courtyard. Fast 150 Mbps Wi-Fi and a coffee maker incl. Coffee is available. The kitchen is fully equipped and filled with spices. In the sleeping area there is a reading light on each side and with an internet-enabled TV all streaming platforms can be used.

Cosy central city loft. Balkony.

The charming loft with balcony is in the center of Vienna, in a quiet area not far away from the Votive church and only 15 minutes walking from the cathedral of St. Stephen. To bus/tram and city bike station only 2 min walking, next metro station 5 min. You can use Netflix with your own account. The 50 m2 non-smoking loft is in an historical style house on the last floor. There is an elevator.
