Monthly Rentals in Lower Frankton

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at Carpenters Cottage - it’s spacious, clean, extremely well equipped, and set among a beautiful farmland with woods and lakes. We loved the tour of the 14th century chapel (thank you Rupert!) and my son was beside himself with excitement to spot the pigs, dogs, and tractors going past. The property is even better than it looks on the photos. Thank you to Harriet for a wonderful break

Louise greeted us on arrival, nice sized rooms and lovely period decor. Ideally located with easy access to Oswestry and Shrewsbury. Chirk car boot worth a visit Sundays and bank holidays(UK weather permitting)One slight hiccup with bathroom tap but John sorted it whilst we were out. Didn't use the sauna but maybe next time.

Adrian's house was right at the town centre of Ellesmere, just next to the Tuesday market. As a quiet little town, it was convenient to walk to some restaurants, shops and a large Tesco. The house itself was well equipped and decorated. It was also enclosed in a courtyard with private carpark, though entering the carpark through the narrow passage was a little bit challenging. All in all, it was a good option for a getaway to some leisure and quiet town life.

Philippa was the perfect host, friendly, approachable and couldn’t be more helpful. The house is beautiful and has lots of charm, the perfect cosy retreat for a mini break, and excellent value for money. I couldn’t rate it higher and will book again.
