Monthly Rentals in Lower Kingcombe

This place was easy to find, very easy check in. It was just what we needed, had all the amenities, was nice and clean. The location was fantastic, close to all the nature, history & beaches. But also was private and located in a lovely village, that’s worth exploring. Would recommend!

Wonderful few days stay! Such a peaceful place to be, so quiet and calm, perfect for a reset! The garden is truly dog friendly which was so perfect for our little escape artist! We were a short drive from lots of local villages and pubs and from the gorgeous coast. Highly recommend hive beach cafe, crab house, and the Saxon arms was good for a roast. We loved west bay beach for an early morning dip, modbury farm shop and Eweleaze dairy vending machine (a joy!) Thanks so much Andrea!

Rosemary is an excellent host. She was on hand on the phone or by text if needed. The cottage was beautiful and had everything we needed as well as being dog friendly. Hopefully we will have the chance to stay again

We didn’t want to leave! The location is beautiful, hosts were friendly and helpful. The property was spotless and just right for our needs and the bed was SO comfy. We also really appreciated being able to be free with our dog around the gardens. We’ll be back!
