Nearby there is the park of Złotnicki, Stabłowice swimming ponds, the airport, public transport, including trams and buses. It is possible to prepare homemade meals, rent bikes, and arrange a meeting on the terrace until 10pm. The studio is adjacent to the other part of the house where a quiet family lives. The melanges are out of the question.
