We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnicki Landscape Park.

Colomba Świeradów-Zdrój apartment

The apartment is located close to the Ski&Sun ski lift and a few minutes' walk from the promenade in Świeradów-Zdrój. Beautiful mountain view from the balcony. The building has an Italian restaurant Monte Verde, with delicious Italian cuisine. The property is close to the city center. A large living room, two Smart TVs in the apartment and strong Wi-Fi provide entertainment, e.g. for children who miss Netflix :) There is a summer-winter mattress in the bedroom. Depending on your preferences, you can reverse it.

The resort has 12 houses for 8 people with an area of 68 m2. Each house includes a living room (folding corner sofa), three bedrooms (3 double beds and two single beds), a kitchen, a bathroom (shower, toilet), a separate toilet and a spacious terrace of over 20 m2. There is a lounge with a playroom and a ski room. There is a possibility of accommodation for another 2 people on a fold-out corner sofa in the living room. Breakfast is available on request and delivered to the door for an additional fee.

A mountain cottage with a sauna and hot tub and a living room with a fireplace in Sierpnica has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Directly from the cottage, we can admire the views of the Great Owl and Śnieżka. There is also a large covered terrace and a cozy fire pit with an adjustable grate, wood for the fireplace and fire pits provided. The property is located on a spacious fenced plot surrounded by meadows and nearby forests. Access is via a 500m gravel road

The apartment is located on the ground floor, big private car park for 1 car with remote control access. Bedroom with double bed and sofa bed for 3 in the living room. Kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, air fryer, fridge. Big tv and WIFI. Bathroom with the shower. Ideally for family or 2 couples.

Welcome to the cottage for a couple in love. This small space is filled with the smell of wood and the surrounding shrubs and pines. Roe deer and a large number of different bird species are regular guests of the surrounding fields. Unlimited Internet access is available on site. I highly recommend it!!!
